Ready to go far together?

“If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.” - African Proverb

Depending on your needs and goals, group work can range from a single workshop to a multi-modal, multi-month experience.

"I had the opportunity to work with and learn from Ashley in an executive level leadership retreat she designed and implemented. She was incredibly approachable and taught relevant leadership theory in an accessible way that was easy to understand. She shared practical application of theories with solid and relatable examples, and gave us opportunities to practice what she taught.

I learned and grew as part of my work with Ashley and I am grateful for the takeaways I am now integrating into my daily work."

- Rabbi Amy Rossel, Senior Director of Education & Engagement

Retreats

  • Team-Building Retreats

Example 1: Several pre-built workshops (see above), grouped together over a 1-2 day period.

Example 2: Discovery surveys, 360-degree Leadership Excellence assessments, followed by a 3-hour workshop focused on collective leadership skills.

Example 3: Discovery surveys and interviews to better understand the team needs and challenges; 360-degree Leadership Excellence assessments and debriefs to provide individual feedback and facilitate introspection; culminating in 5 workshops over a 2-day period for deep team connection, problem solving, and future-state visioning.

  • Self Discovery Retreats

These retreats are typically held a few times a year at the beautiful Cloudland Canyon. You can sign up as an individual or along with a few friends or team members.

    • Morning and evening facilitated mindfulness activities, along with optional mindfulness hikes.

Workshops and materials on Uncovering Core Values & the Dimensions of Reality.

    • Meal-time facilitated discussions to deepen self-discovery.
