ABOUT ASHLEY

I've worked inside organizations long enough to know what actually changes them.

I'm Ashley Silfra, an executive coach and organizational consultant based in Atlanta, working with clients across the country. My background spans corporate executive leadership, community organizing, nonprofit leadership, spiritual communities, and organizational development.

I bring a systems thinker's rigor and a coach's deep respect for the individual. I believe that sustainable change, in organizations and in people, requires attending to both at once. You can't separate the personal from the structural. I've spent years learning that, and I bring it into every engagement.

I'm also a straight talker. I won't tell you what you want to hear if it's not what you need to hear. But I'll say the hard thing with care, because I think honesty and warmth belong in the same room.

Individuals

Executives, emerging leaders, intentional humans who are navigating transitions, managing complexity, or ready to lead and live with more purpose. You don't have to be in crisis to do this work. You just have to be committed to the introspection and action of real change.

Many of my coaching clients are leading through moments of significant change: a new role, a growing team, a shift in organizational direction, or a personal reckoning about what kind of person they want to be.

Corporate leadership teams, nonprofits, advocacy organizations, spiritual communities, and mission-driven companies doing hard work in the world, and doing that work together.

I work with teams committed to equity, who care deeply about people, and who are navigating the tension between their values and their capacity. They find themselves in a moment where they need a guide, a thought partner, a confidant, to help them become what the world needs them to be.

I work at the intersection of structure and the people who animate it.


The distinction matters. You can redesign structures, rewrite strategies, and revamp your team, yet still not change anything that matters. That's because the people carrying change need just as much attention as the systems they're trying to change.

I work in the space of organizational development, leadership coaching, and human-centered facilitation. I'm trauma-aware, equity-committed, and genuinely comfortable with complexity.
