I help humans integrate their learnings, traumas, and hopes so that they can live fulfilling, impactful lives.
My approach is unapologetically humanist, empowering my clients to radically accept what is, in service of who they choose to be.
I incorporate creativity, imagination, and body-mind integrative techniques to help clients take an inner and outer, individual and systemic view of themselves, for the sake of their goals, fullest lives, and greatest impact.
I am proudly queer and supportive of queer communities of all sorts. 🏳️🌈
I'm about 20 years into my professional life and have had the privilege of variety. I've been an entrepreneur multiple times over; led multi-million dollar technology programs; lived and worked internationally; led teams of engineers, consultants, volunteers, and students; published papers in academic journals; and performed publicly as a mixed-media artist, musician, and dancer.
I have deep experience in product design, software development, program management, leadership development, agility, and enterprise transformation, spanning many industries, including education, non-profit, public sector, consulting, security, and technology.
In addition to my independent work as a coach, I consult for the North Highland company, specializing in product development, enterprise transformation, and leadership development.

I am credentialed by the Creator Accountability Network (CAN), a nonprofit dedicated to reducing harassment and abuse through ethical education and a system of restorative accountability. I joined because I care deeply about the safety and well being of my clients and communities, and CAN uniquely enables that safety to be protected using powerful, restorative justice approaches. I recognize that I may cause harm through my own actions or words, however unintended, and I want to have this organization hold me accountable for making that right and for learning from it. If you feel my behavior, coaching, or content has harmed you or someone else, please notify CAN, either via the reporting form on their website, or via their hotline at (617-249-4255). They’ll help me make it right and help me to avoid repeating that mistake in the future.
Restorative Justice for Addressing Harm
"Ashley has the super power of converting my vague, 'I feel this way maybe's into meaningful discussions, thoughtful analyses, and impactful actions. She is creative and open-minded, and I always feel accepted even when she challenges my thinking. Every session I’ve had with her has resulted in a better understanding and love of myself. I am very thankful to have her as a coach and look forward to her continued support!"
